His coaching style is direct, emotionally intelligent, and grounded in real business experience. Before coaching, Lassi built his career across supply chain management at Hilti Corporation and American Standard Companies — both Fortune 500 organisations — followed by business development across Latin America, corporate relations at the University of St. Gallen, and executive education at IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has lived and worked in 11 countries — Finland, Germany, the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico, Poland, Latvia, Spain, and Australia — giving him an unusually broad cultural fluency that transfers directly into his work with international executives.

He teaches executive communication at IESE Business School and is co-founder of Lead as Coach, an ICF Level 1 accredited leadership program. His certifications include EIQ-2 (Emotional Intelligence), DISC, Six Sigma Black Belt, and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. He works with individual private clients and corporate-sponsored coaching mandates across Europe and the Middle East, including Switzerland, Finland, and the Gulf region.
