All coaches are unique and different - Here is me.

Seasoned Career Coach

I am an ICF-PCC Senior  Certified Coach with 2.500+ hours of coaching experience gained while working with executive and MBA-level clients. As an example, In my recent role at IESE Business School’s top MBA program, I had the privilege to coach 300+ one-on-one sessions per year.

During my headhunter years, my coaching focused more on senior manager levels on a global scale. As for official education, I hold an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, I am a certified fitness trainer and have completed certifications in Six-sigma black belt and APICS.

So what keeps me busy nowadays? I split my time between private career coaching, business school training & coaching collaboration and online course creation. On the executive coaching side, I am a member of IESE Business School's executive coaching team, the world's #1 provider of executive education, coaching talent at their various programs.

Lived in 11 countries

My most valuable experiences yield from my 24 years of living abroad, covering 11 countries on three continents. Every culture is unique, has its pros and cons, and needs to be lived in to fully understand. Furthermore, during my coaching experience, I have helped talent from 50+ nationalities in their career management.

My global experience and cultural knowledge allows me to connect with and coach clients from diverse backgrounds. I can provide value through my own practical experiences about living and working abroad, something very different to a generic advice. Even if I have not lived in your home country, there is a good chance that I have coached individuals from your culture.

Multi-industry experience

Life has given me the opportunity to gain valuable experiences across industries. I spent my first five career years working in global supply chain for fortune 500 and mid-size manufacturing companies. Thereafter, I moved to technology-sector sales, shuttling across Latin America & Caribbean.

Next I had the opportunity to jump into the world of headhunting & coaching, recruiting  mid/senior level hires for global roles. The recruiting sector lead me to open my own recruiting company prior to moving to work with the top business schools in Europe.

For the past six years, I have been deeply embedded in career management and corporate relations at top MBA schools in Europe. My experiences at IESE Business School in Spain and University of St. Gallen in Switzerland have equipped me with career expertise that I pass directly to my clients.

Multi-culti Family touch

Our family is a dual-career family and we have always been globally mobile. After a decade or so abroad, world becomes your playground and home. We are fortunate to have four children and our dinner table runs simultaneously in three languages. This is our awesome family unit that sticks together, explores the world and savours the moment.

Professionals with families need to carefully integrate family into their career management. It is an integrated package where all the parts need to align for a satisfying personal and professional life. International moving is always tons of work, decisions tough to make and all the information never available. Practical advice and guidance is of tremendous help for families.
