I spent over 15 years navigating supply chain management, business development, and corporate leadership at companies like Hilti and American Standard. Living in 11 countries across three continents taught me what makes people thrive in diverse environments.
But my real passion is people. That’s why I shifted my focus to executive/career coaching and training. In the past decade, I’ve coached over 4,000 hours—mid-level to senior managers and top MBA students—helping them unlock their leadership potential and advance their careers. My clients come from 50+ nationalities, and I’ve helped them gain clarity and confidence in their paths.
With an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, and certifications in DISC, EIQ-2 emotional intelligence, and Six Sigma, I combine practical business acumen with personal insight in every coaching session. For me, it’s not just about achieving goals; it’s about helping people discover their unique leadership style.

I meet clients where they are, offering a direct, energetic approach that keeps momentum high. A good sense of humor builds rapport, making sessions both rewarding and thought-provoking.
