1. Company Background
Lassi Albin is a career & executive coaching company on a mission to increase working professionals' and degree students' potential to plan, differentiate, execute and advance in their chosen careers that they truly desire. We do this through a unique combination of on-demand career programs, tailored university training programs, private coaching packs and our annual coaching membership serving our corporate clients. Lassi Albin Youtube channel delivers complimentary career advice 3x per week. We also collaborate with our network of pre-approved coaches for specific client projects.
2. Team
Lassi Albin is the founder and is the head coach & instructor. In addition to our lean in-house team, we call on specific coaching resources to match specific corporate/university client requirements. All our external coaches come through our own network and we personally know them well.

An ICF-PCC certified executive & career coach with 2.000+ coaching hours working with talent representing 50+ nationalities. A member of the IESE Business School Executive coaching team. Trainer at top business schools for communication skills and career management. Hybrid background from fortune 500 industry operations, headhunting, coaching and B2B sales. Lived and worked in 10 countries across three continents. A husband and a proud father of 4 children.
Iliana Cruz
Iliana serves as part of our company board and provides tremendous value through on-demand program designing, market intelligence and revenue management. She has extensive global experience in Commercial Management. Her competence and passion are to digitalize and transform underperforming legacy operations, processes, and to help corporates build best-in-class teams for top performance. 11+ years in leadership roles working at board and executive level.
Mercedes Lea
Mercedes is the expert in our team who makes our on-demand programs go live. Working as the "Chief Editor", every cut, edit and corner that you will see on our Youtube or course videos, are coming from her editing studio. In addition to the wonderful editing work, Mercedes also plays a key role in our digital marketing and outreach side of the work. When not working or studying, Mercedes enjoys trekking with her Great Swiss mountain dog Carmen or oil painting something extraordinary.

When very specific expertise is needed for a particular coaching / training topic, we call on our network of certified coaches to integrate into the project.
True to our values, when we know that a client gets even better value through one of our partner coaches, we will take the route and integrate the expert into our project.
